Job Summary This position plays a vital role in identifying and engaging top talent in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment. Working closely with multiple hiring managers, you will focus on the early stages of the recruitment funnel, including sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews with candidates. Operating within established guidelines and procedures, you will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline while working under direct supervision. This role requires someone who thrives in a metrics‑driven atmosphere and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through the initial screening phases, utilizing your knowledge of recruiting best practices and industry‑specific sourcing techniques.
Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels and platforms
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Perform thorough reference checks on potential candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with multiple hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking in applicant tracking systems
Meet or exceed established recruiting metrics and goals
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Communicate effectively with hiring managers regarding candidate status and pipeline health
Follow established recruiting procedures and compliance guidelines
Skills
High‑volume recruiting experience
Technical recruiting expertise
Proficiency with Boolean search techniques
Strong understanding of goal‑driven and metrics‑based environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities
Candidate assessment and interviewing skills
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume environment
Candidates without technical high‑volume experience must demonstrate 2 years of relevant recruiting experience
Previous experience recruiting for technology industry roles
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
