Responsibilities
Hands‑on experience with
Amazon Connect
and AWS services (Lambda, Event Bridge, Notification Services, CloudWatch, Cloud Logging, CloudFormation)
Strong understanding of
VoIP ,
SIP , SIP Clusters, and SBCs
Experience designing and building
call flows and routing
in contact center systems
Expertise in
prompt engineering ,
NLP , and
ML frameworks
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Design, develop, and maintain contact center solutions using
Amazon Connect ,
AWS Lambda ,
Event Bridge ,
Notification Services ,
CloudWatch ,
Cloud Logging , and
CloudFormation
Build and optimize
call flows , routing logic, and IVR systems, including IVR-to-bot migration strategies
Implement
prompt engineering
techniques for conversational AI and integrate
NLP/ML frameworks
into telephony workflows
Ensure seamless
API integration
with RESTful services and middleware components
Configure and manage
VoIP ,
SIP ,
SIP Clusters , and
Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
Utilize
GitHub
and
GitHub Actions
for version control and CI/CD automation
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables and adherence to security and compliance standards
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using
CloudWatch ,
Cloud Logging , and related tools
Nice to Have
Experience with
Java
Familiarity with
IVR systems
and IVR-to-bot migration
Knowledge of
GCP ,
Azure , and
Splunk
Experience with
Salesforce
or
Pega
Working knowledge of
MongoDB Atlas
