We’re seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Accountant to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the financial success of our properties. As a key member of our accounting operations, you’ll be responsible for managing complex financial data, analyzing trends, and providing insightful reporting to support business decisions.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of accounting experience
3+ years of residential property experience
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Nice to Have Skills
Prior experience with Yardi software
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
Competitive annual salary: $98,000 – $105,000
