The Director of Revenue Cycle Management is a senior operational leader responsible for transforming, scaling, and optimizing the end-to-end revenue cycle across Complete Care Centers. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role serves as the enterprise owner of revenue cycle performance, payer execution, and revenue integrity in a complex, multi-payer healthcare environment.

This is a

build-and-transform role . The Director will assess current-state performance, redesign workflows, strengthen controls, and establish a scalable revenue cycle infrastructure to support growth, new payer integrations, and increasing claim complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

Own enterprise-wide revenue cycle performance across insurance verification, coding, billing, and accounts receivable.

Partner with the CRO to align revenue cycle execution with payer strategy and organizational growth initiatives.

Establish KPI governance across cash collections, A/R aging, denial rates, and payer performance.

Drive cash acceleration initiatives and design staffing models aligned to volume, payer mix, and claim complexity.

Revenue Cycle Transformation & Process Redesign

Lead a comprehensive assessment and redesign of revenue cycle workflows.

Standardize SOPs, internal controls, and escalation pathways across the organization.

Eliminate inefficiencies, rework, and manual workarounds.

Build a scalable operating model capable of supporting rapid growth and increasing payer complexity.

Multi-Payer Integration & Complex Claims Management

Lead integration and optimization of workers’ compensation and commercial health insurance payers.

Design payer-specific workflows, fee schedules, and adjudication rules.

Ensure compliant and efficient handling of personal injury (PI), workers’ compensation (WC), and commercial claims.

Quality, Compliance & Revenue Integrity

Establish enterprise quality assurance and compliance frameworks.

Ensure coding accuracy, documentation integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee legal and demand A/R performance, including dispute and escalation management.

Technology & Systems Leadership (eClinicalWorks)

Serve as the executive owner of eClinicalWorks revenue cycle functionality.

Align system configuration and workflows with revenue cycle strategy.

Leverage analytics, reporting, and automation to reduce denials and accelerate cash collections.

Leadership & Talent Development

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing revenue cycle team.

Assess current talent and make strategic staffing, role design, and organizational decisions.

Establish performance management frameworks and support incentive validation.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience in healthcare.

Proven success in complex, multi-payer revenue cycle environments.

Deep expertise in workers’ compensation and commercial insurance billing.

Experience with eClinicalWorks strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, scale operations, and drive measurable financial outcomes.
