Account Payable Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$20.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Provide day to day support to Plant Manager and/or Operations Manager
Prepares, designs, and distributes plant wide communications as directed
Codes and processes invoices using automated AP(Basware)
Reconciles any price difference from PO and invoice
Processes Basware Workflows Daily for AP and prompt payment to Vendors.
Account Payable Clerk Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus
SAP / Workflow experience required; Basware experience highly preferred.
Microsoft Excel: Experience with spreadsheets and calculations required.
Accounts payable experience required
3+ years’ experience in an administrative support role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an office/plant environment
Must have strong oral and verbal communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
