Growing together.We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented IT Project & Application Lead to oversee key applications, manage ITSM/ITIL processes, and lead projects across various methodologies. This role combines technical oversight, security compliance, and project coordination, with a strong emphasis on documentation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within Canada as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as Project Manager or Coordinator depending on project scope

Support PMO functions including templates, processes, and tools

Act as Business Analyst for requirements gathering and documentation

Work within Agile and Waterfall environments

Develop and maintain SharePoint sites

Provide training and educational support

Assist with financial tracking, invoice management, and budget development

Required Qualifications:

Ensure key applications comply with and exceed ISMS security standards

Lead internal and external audits for designated applications

Maintain and update ITSM/ITIL documentation and processes including: Change, Release, Incident, Lifecycle, Problem, Service Request, Service Level, and IT Asset Management

Provide monthly reporting on product performance and security metrics

Promote security education and awareness of the evolving security landscape

Support security design for Operational Technology

Ensure technologies adhere to security standards and remain within .2 revision

Preferred Qualifications:

Provide oversight and lifecycle management of key applications

Manage enhancement requests, user support, and licensing

Serve as primary point of contact for application-related needs

Maintain and update ITSM/ITIL documentation and processes including: Support and evaluate the ServiceNow platform

Lead incident response efforts including documentation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Collaborate with IT Operations to ensure alignment with ITSM/ITIL best practices

Provide training and educational support

*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.

The salary/hourly range for Canada residents is $63,300 to $131,500 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
