Configure and manage multi-AZ deployments for high availability.
Implement and test backup and recovery strategies using RDS automated backups and manual snapshots.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for database instances.
Monitoring / Troubleshooting
Utilize AWS monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Performance Insights, Enhanced Monitoring) to analyze database performance and identify bottlenecks.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, including performance degradation, connectivity problems, and data corruption.
Set up and manage alerts for critical database events.
