Overview We are seeking a full time
Interior Design Assistant
at our
Naples FL
showroom. Must have experience in CAD, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. This position will provide support to the interior designers, with duties including product and material research; maintaining fabrics and materials library, selecting FF&E, obtaining quotes, pricing, and estimates, vendor and client interaction, and assist in preparation for presentations and meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for new college graduates or those just starting out in their Interior Design career.
Responsibilities
Provide support to interior designers with product and material research.
Maintain fabrics and materials library; assist in selecting FF&E, obtaining quotes, pricing, and estimates.
Interact with vendors and clients; assist in preparation for presentations and meetings.
Assist in developing presentations and supporting materials for client meetings.
Qualifications
Must be pursuing a degree (AA or bachelor’s preferred) in Interior Design.
Experience with CAD, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required.
Excellent communication and administrative skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
