Position Summary We are open to location for qualified candidates for this hybrid or fully remote role.

Responsibilities

Design and implement competitive intelligence frameworks that enhance sales enablement and renewal strategies, driving business growth.

Promote CI technology adoption by collaborating with Field leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure effective utilization of CI technologies.

Monitor market dynamics and keep a close watch on competitor activities, market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

Conduct in‑depth research using internal and external data sources, including third‑party platforms, press releases and social media, to assess competitors’ strategies and sales tactics.

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and deliver executive‑ready insights through visually compelling dashboards, reports and presentations.

Collaborate across teams (Product, Sales, Marketing and Strategy) to align intelligence with business priorities.

Provide recommendations on sales training, tools and resources to secure wins and enhance sales effectiveness.

Manage vendor relationships to maximize the strategic use of Competitive Intelligence platforms for insights and field enablement.

Provide timely intelligence updates on market strategies and client retention efforts to keep stakeholders well‑informed.

Fulfill ad‑hoc research requests and provide regular updates on competitor and market dynamics.

Work in agile environments that involve rapid iterations and feedback loops, ensuring continuous improvement.

Analyze financial performance, market maps and benchmarking data to support strategic decision‑making.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, strategy or related fields.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and present complex information clearly.

Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Curiosity‑driven mindset with a passion for uncovering insights and driving strategic impact.

Experience managing vendor relationships to optimize the use of external resources and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Proficiency in AI tools and a strong interest in emerging technologies.

Experience with Salesforce CRM or CRAYON CI Platform.

Applied emerging technologies to streamline Field engagement and decision‑making.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Certifications in Competitive Intelligence, Market Research or Strategic Planning are a plus.

Pay Range $67,900.00 – $182,549.00. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range, and it also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
