Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Position Summary The Human Resources Manager/Director serves as a strategic partner to leadership, overseeing all HR functions while supporting organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture. This role blends HR strategy with hands‑on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policies
Manage compensation programs, annual salary reviews, and benefits administration
Coordinate open enrollment and manage vendor and broker relationships
Administer the 401(k) plan, including compliance and annual filing
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Partner with Accounting on payroll, benefits, and insurance program
Manage HRIS, payroll coordination, ACA reporting, and required EEOC/CMS filings
Support operational efficiency and cross‑department collaboration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience in multi‑site or high‑volume environments preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
High ethical standards and integrity
