Your Role Lead high-impact engagements to design and implement advanced planning capabilities, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive business and digital transformation across global supply chains. You will guide clients through complex challenges, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. This role demands a balance of visionary thinking and hands‑on leadership to deliver measurable outcomes. Success means creating sustainable value that positions clients for long‑term growth and resilience.

Qualifications & Experience

7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 5 years in a consulting or advisory role.

Proven experience in management consulting analysis, assessments, roadmaps, and design phases.

Strong understanding of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant Master’s preferred).

Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 127,500 - 249,350. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This range may be subject to change.
