Physical Therapist - PRN
Mainplace Post Acute in Orange, CA is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our in‑house therapy team! We are a skilled nursing facility with long‑term care, post‑acute rehab, and geriatric therapy services. As part of this amazing team of clinicians, you will have opportunities for training and continuing education in Think Thin/dysphagia, Abilities Care and dementia, stroke and neuro rehabilitation, and respiratory/COVID recovery programs.
Location Mainplace Post Acute – Orange, CA
Base Pay Range $55.00/hr - $60.00/hr (based on experience)

Duties
Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans that adhere to regulatory and clinical standards.
Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications
Physical Therapy license required.
Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels – new graduates are welcome.
