Gpac has partnered with general contractors looking to add a Superintendent to their team. They are specifically looking for an individual with large project experience, preferably $70M and up. What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run the team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance‑based bonus program! They are looking for an individual with experience in healthcare, higher education, commercial office or industrial manufacturing.
Superintendent Requirements
Previous experience as a Superintendent
Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
Enforce Project‑Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
