The Opportunity We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our team in a dedicated nocturnal role. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-impact care during overnight hours — managing labor, deliveries, and emergent OB/GYN consults — while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive clinical environment.
Whether you're an experienced hospitalist or a generalist looking to transition into a more focused, shift-based model, this role offers autonomy, stability, and lifestyle balance.
What You’ll Do
Provide overnight coverage (e.g., 7 PM – 7 AM or similar)
Manage laboring patients, perform deliveries (including C‑sections), and respond to OB/GYN emergencies
Collaborate with anesthesiology, neonatology, nursing, and on‑call providers
Ensure seamless handoffs and maintain clear, timely documentation
Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards in all aspects of care
What We’re Looking For
MD or DO with completed OB/GYN residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical skills in labor & delivery, triage, and emergent OB/GYN care
Excellent communicator and team player, especially in high‑acuity situations
Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
