PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Current team of 1 MD and 2 APPs
70% endoscopy, 20% clinic and 10% inpatient
All admissions managed by IM hospitalist service
Call is 1 weekend a month, 1 night a week
Ability to practice “bread and butter” GI!
No buy‑in, no malpractice, no overhead and no seniority issues

Home to top bike trails, lakes, hunting, fishing, schools, and restaurants in rural MN
Brainerd has a Delta Airport hub with twice‑daily flights to MSP
Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000
125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
COMPENSATION $715,000 Greater of Salary or Floor. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation.
