We are working with a client company in the meat industry who is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent. They have been around for over 20 years and have multiple plants that operate across the Midwest. Company culture is very important to their leadership and promoting from within is always their priority when possible. This role will oversee around 16 people.

Leadership and management skills
Strong electrical and general mechanical knowledge, particularly with coolers and conveyor systems
Background in the meat industry
