The Security
Technical Investigations Manager
leads and executes advanced technical investigations, TSCM sweeps, RF surveys, and implements countermeasures to safeguard global datacenters. This individual contributor role requires deep technical expertise, extensive experience in security and investigative operations, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating technical threats, ensuring the integrity and security of critical infrastructure.

Mandatory Requirements
Reports directly to the Sr. Director of Risk and Investigations
10+ years of experience in government service, industrial security, law enforcement, or a related field
6+ years of hands‑on experience with Bastille, Armis, Microsoft Defender for IoT, and/or Cisco Cyber Vision
5+ years conducting technical investigations, TSCM sweeps, and RF surveys
Practical knowledge of RF, electromagnetic spectrum, TEMPEST threats, and countermeasures
Hands‑on experience with technical security instruments: multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, time‑delay reflectometers, and network analyzers
Strong understanding of wired and wireless networks, communication protocols (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Xbee, cellular), and wireless security threats
Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical/mechanical schematics and network diagrams
Valid U.S. Passport and ability to travel internationally with notice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
TSCM Fundamentals (ITC), PDTG Technical Security Specialist (TSS), Kestrel Operator Certification
Network+, Security+, CASP, PenTest, or TEMPEST certification/experience
BA/BS degree preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and oversee technical investigations, TSCM sweeps, and RF surveys
Manage global monitoring systems and implement technical countermeasures
Maintain investigation files, reports, and trend analyses
Develop policies, procedures, and risk assessments in collaboration with GPS colleagues
Mentor colleagues on technical investigation methods and best practices
Consult with internal teams, external partners, and industry peers
