Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst.
Job Title Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst – Data & Automation
Job Type Full-time / Contract
Duration 6+ months
Location Charlotte, NC | Dallas, TX | Chandler, AZ (Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
This technical role is focused on ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data across visualization dashboards, ETL processes, and automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive data quality assurance testing on dashboards and reporting tools.
Validate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for automation and data validation.
Support the implementation of automation solutions to streamline QA processes.
Document QA findings and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
Qualifications
Experience in data quality assurance, data validation, or a related technical QA role.
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
Experience working in financial services or regulated environments.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Pay Range & Benefits Pay Range* : Between $50 - $55 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
