Job Summary Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the plastics industry? Aquapurge, Ltd., a leading supplier of purging compound solutions, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Our products help plastics processors reduce downtime by up to 30% and improve material utilization, serving clients in injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding. This remote position requires a resilient and positive individual with excellent communication skills to develop new accounts and provide outstanding support to new and existing customers in the US market. Key Responsibilities

Develop new accounts through proactive outcalls using our extensive database, prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Qualify inbound leads from online inquiries, industry trade shows, and marketing campaigns, prioritizing those with high potential for purging compound solutions.

Understand prospects' requirements in various plastics processing methods, including injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding, and organize appropriate samples.

Provide sales support to existing accounts and obtain new orders to grow market share.

Expand the customer base through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Identify and recommend technical solutions, including custom manufactured products, to address customer challenges related to color changes, material contamination, or machine downtime.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, being involved in the decision-making process.

Generate quotes and process orders efficiently.

Actively participate in ongoing product training and stay up to date on the latest advancements in purging compound technology.

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of technical internal sales experience specifically within the plastics processing industry.

Excellent communication skills over telephone, face-to-face, and video calls.

Possess the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Aquapurge products and address customer concerns regarding purging practices.

Outstanding customer focus and service orientation.

Resilience and positive attitude required for sales success.

Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.

Familiarity with common thermoplastic resins and their applications.

Knowledge of purging compound technology is a strong plus.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents related to plastics processing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer needs in plastics processing.
