We’re partnering with a
growing, well-known restaurant group
to find an experienced
Executive Chef
to lead a high‑end, high‑volume steakhouse kitchen. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a chef who values quality, systems, and team development.
The Role
Lead all back‑of‑house operations and kitchen teams
Drive menu execution, food quality, and consistency
Manage food & labor costs, inventory, and ordering
Train, mentor, and develop strong kitchen leadership
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
High‑end or chef‑driven restaurant experience required
New opening experience a plus!
Strong cost control and operational skills
Confident, professional, and hands‑on leadership style
