Manager, US Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Manager, US Supply Chain Operations to manage the product life cycle of all physical and digital products released to market for our recorded music repertoire. You will collaborate with artists, management, and marketing, and collate all audio, audiovisual, and creative assets required for digital distribution and physical manufacturing across BMG US labels.
Your Mission
Oversee delivery of all audio masters, artwork, and related assets across physical and digital formats, ensuring timely, accurate handoff from management and external designers.
Coordinate physical manufacturing and distribution with third‑party suppliers and production reps to guarantee products meet specifications and release timelines.
Manage international logistics by liaising with global territories (excluding North America) and the international supply chain to facilitate import and export of physical products for both incoming and outgoing repertoire.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with A&R Administration, Business Affairs, Sales & Marketing, Creative, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams to address and resolve production‑related matters efficiently.
Partner with Designers, Creative teams, and artist management to define print specifications and packaging requirements, including sourcing templates from printers and circulating final artwork PDFs for approval.
Traffic all production assets—including bills of materials and final art files—to manufacturers, ensuring quality standards and release dates are consistently met.
Manage asset delivery and archiving by coordinating with the Asset Management team to ensure all materials are properly stored and catalogued.
Handle shipping and fulfillment logistics for tour merchandise and direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) sales, ensuring product availability and timely delivery.
Monitor digital workflows to guarantee the on‑time delivery of digital assets for DSP pitching and store turnaround deadlines.
Review and approve production invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
Coordinate closely with distribution partners to manage item setups, purchase orders, and delivery timelines.
What We Are Looking For
Previous years of production experience in the music industry, preferably within a record label environment.
Digital expertise: Deep knowledge of all digital platforms and workflows for music distribution.
Print and packaging knowledge: Familiarity with print specifications, packaging design, and production processes.
Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to tracking, managing, and following through on multiple concurrent projects from start to finish.
Organized and analytical: Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills to manage multiple projects seamlessly.
Time management: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Effective communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams and with external partners.

Pay Range $65,000‑$71,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
