as a Leasing Specialist at River Oaks Villas in San Marcos, TX. As the primary contact for residents and prospective residents, you will provide high‑quality customer service, support leasing activities, and maintain positive resident relations for a 40‑hour work week. What you’ll be doing: Work with prospective residents to identify their needs and help them find the perfect home. Screen and approve qualified applicants in accordance with company policy, Fair Housing regulations, and local laws; prepare leases and associated move‑in documentation. Prepare the property for daily showings, including opening/closing model units and amenities. Manage the new resident move‑in process to ensure a smooth transition into the community. Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, and professional interactions. Perform general administrative tasks such as software data entry, filing, typing, and answering phones. Attend and assist with resident events and activities as required. Follow up with leasing leads and enter traffic into the CRM. What you bring to the table: Innovation:

Ability to multi‑task and adapt quickly to change. High school diploma or G.E.D. Experience operating office equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
