Summary: The Logistics Coordinator 3 will assist in managing both inbound and outbound freight from offshore suppliers to final delivery to our customers. This includes, but is not limited to, freight planning and scheduling, distribution support, correlation to Finished Goods (FG) supply and demand, exception management, issue escalation, and analytic support. This role will support the tactical processes in support of Nice North America’s S&OP, ensuring accurate and complete communication across all functional teams.

Location: Kent, WA (onsite Monday‑Friday) 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST

Pay range: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule inbound container deliveries, from origin to destination (> 2K containers/year)

Must be familiar with Incoterms as it relates to logistics needs and customer/vendor billing requirements

Package tracing including freight claims, dock sweeps, address changes, and

Enter inventory adjustments, receipts, and production orders timely

Input and retrieve alphabetical and numerical information in prescribed format, utilizing knowledge of various computer software packages

Reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness; recognizes problems in source documents and calls to the attention of supervisor

Consistently and accurately supports all corporate initiatives related to sales, accounting, inventory control, and shipping

Generate weekly reports demonstrating visibility to inbound containers

Drive resolution of weekly exceptions to ensure rapid decision making and timely execution

Develop allocation plans to optimize constrained availability against prioritized demands

Develop and refine tools for ongoing support of business

Active participation in continuous improvement efforts

Required to have a strong comfort‑level communicating throughout all levels of the organization

Understand, support, and execute all work according to the established procedures of the organization

Implements and maintains department policies and standards

Project based assignments as requested

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree and 3–5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience

NetSuite experience highly preferred, or other comparable ERP system

Transportation Management Systems experience required

Knowledge of dangerous goods/hazardous material transportation guidelines preferred (i.e. IATA, DOT, IMO)

Experienced participation in S&OP processes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to analyze tradeoffs between air freight, ocean freight, capacity, and other variables

Must possess a basic knowledge of LTL and small parcel shipping

Demonstrated decision making ability in face of uncertain or incomplete information

Strong written communication and verbal skills

Proven ability to multi‑task, set project priorities, establish department/discipline goals and objectives for self

Computer literacy required, including strong skills in data graphing, data analytics, and Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)

Strong attention to detail

Positive attitude, self‑motivated and eager to succeed

Proven ability to multi‑task, set project priorities, goals and objectives for self

Ability to effectively & professionally communicate with co‑workers, customers and vendors
