Job Overview As a Business Broker you will facilitate business transactions, connect clients with suitable opportunities, and advise owners on exit strategies. Building strong relationships and collaborating with clients across all industries are central to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selling their business and guide them in marketing the business to attract buyers promptly.

Organize ownership transfers and manage the pipeline of transactions.

Aid in the bargaining process between buyers and sellers, ensuring clear communication and timely negotiations.

Perform various marketing tasks such as listing businesses and arranging viewings to promote them.

Qualifications

Real estate education or certification is desirable but not required.

A state business brokerage license is required; if unlicensed, you can obtain it during a three‑month initial training period.

No prior experience necessary; background in business ownership, law, accounting, finance, real estate, or sales is helpful.

Strong sales drive, enthusiasm, and willingness to earn high commissions.

Compensation 100% commission‑based with an aggressive commission split, and a potential annual salary range of $100,000.00 – $300,000.00.

Employment Type Full‑time, Associate level.
