Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
Proven track record successfully completing ground-up multifamily projects
Projects ranging from $15-30M
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field
Self-perform experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Implements, maintains and enforces safety procedures
Understands project plans and specification and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
Development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
