Lead/Principal Product Designer, Agentforce Platform Salesforce

Role Overview As a Lead/Principal UX Designer for Agentforce, you will shape the behavioral architecture that defines how Employee Agents interact across Salesforce. You will collaborate with design and technical leaders to define patterns guiding agent communication, memory use, coordination, and real‑time collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Define autonomous agent interaction patterns across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Prototype and validate agent experience concepts using Figma and AI‑driven tools.

Design interaction models that work across Salesforce, Slack, and the entire platform.

Lead teams from uncertainty to a shared vision through storytelling and collaboration.

Mentor designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, or equivalent.

8+ years of product/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio of enterprise software or SaaS.

Proven collaboration in matrixed organizations and cross‑functional teams.

Experience leading end‑to‑end design projects.

Design for complex, data‑rich enterprise systems with focus on scale.

Proficiency in Figma and AI‑driven prototyping tools.

Strong storytelling and influencing skills.

Experience leveraging user research and analytics to inform design.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing AI‑driven interfaces and conversational UIs.

Ability to navigate high ambiguity and fragmented landscapes.

Expertise in design systems, accessibility, and design operations at scale.

Technical prototyping fluency (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for rapid testing.
