Demand Gen Manager
Location: Draper, UT (Hybrid)
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to coordinate and project manage our marketing lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of B2B / enterprise marketing, digital marketing, experience building end-to-end campaigns, and working cross‑functionally with sales teams.
Core Responsibilities
Execute on omni‑channel demand generation campaigns from start to finish to drive leads and opportunities
Build cogent data‑driven marketing strategies and plans to ensure a consistent volume of opportunities are generated month‑over‑month
Collaborate cross‑functionally with partners in content, events, paid media, web to support new initiatives or optimize existing efforts
Manage relationships with vendors and own a paid media sponsorship calendar to grow lead generation initiatives in this channel
Manage budget and track results to ensure ROI for our initiatives
Help organize and execute on in‑person events that drive new customer acquisition
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation
Proven track record of executing campaigns end‑to‑end
Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Clay, are a plus
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Able to analyze data and make decisions based on results
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
