DHL Global Forwarding (DGF)
manages the flow of goods and information across a customer's global supply chain utilizing air/ocean/ground transportation, customs brokerage services, and dedicated warehousing/distribution centers. We are part of Deutsche Post DHL, the world’s leading logistics provider with operations in over 220 countries.
We have an exciting opportunity for a
CUSTOMER PROGRAM MANAGER
to manage multiple levels of customer interaction and serve as a single point of contact for one of our strategic DGF customers with a complex supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Review and ensure achievement of customer specific KPIs and service agreements
Provide performance reporting
Maintain communication with internal/external/third parties to meet customer expectations
Provide proactive problem resolution and corrective actions to ensure excellence in service
Key contact for escalations
Develop sustainable relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate implementation of business
Participate/lead in customer reviews (QBR and/or MBRs)
Skills / Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
Proficient with email, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of freight forwarding and the logistics Industry
Analytical and problem solving capabilities
Fluent in English communication (verbal & written)
Pay Range Pay Range:
$79,777.50 - $106,370.00+ (Based on Experience)

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.
401(k) Match:
$1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution.
