Position Summary
Seeking a Plumbing Design Engineer with experience in Biotech, Labs, Healthcare, Science & Technology, Mission Critical, and Commercial facilities. The role involves completing project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, surveys, code studies, and construction administration as necessary.
Responsibilities Complete project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, and construction administration.
Perform 3D Revit and 2D CAD work.
Engage in medical gas design.
Perform detailed design requirements.
Deliver professional RIBA and code studies.
Qualifications Experience in Biotech, Labs, Healthcare, Science & Technology, Mission Critical, and Commercial facilities.
Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of current Building Codes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with good people skills.
