Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Salary Range: $100,000 $170,000 (depending on experience) A respected multispecialty practice in Queens is seeking a Primary Care NP or PA to join their outpatient team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about preventative care, chronic condition management, and working closely with a diverse patient population. Position Overview Full-time outpatient primary care within a collaborative multispecialty setting Provide comprehensive care to adult patients with a focus on health maintenance and chronic disease management Work closely with physicians and support staff for coordinated patient care Monday Friday schedule with competitive compensation and growth potential Responsibilities Perform routine exams, sick visits, and follow-up appointments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the EMR system Coordinate care and referrals with in-house specialists Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of New York Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred Confident in managing adult patients independently within scope Spanish or Russian fluency strongly preferred due to patient demographics Excellent communication and charting skills
