Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Manage medications, perform in-office procedures, and educate patients.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Active FL license and national certification (FNP, ANP, AGNP, or equivalent).
Experience in pain management or related fields preferred.
Strong understanding of chronic pain and prescribing protocols.
Proficiency with EHR and excellent communication skills.
