Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Compensation
Base pay range: $35.50/hr – $45.00/hr. Pay is based on skill and experience.

Responsibilities
As an RN, you are the backbone of the clinical department. You will ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plans, conduct resident assessments, lead team members, and advocate for resident safety and comfort. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining high standards of care.
Qualifications
Valid State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (unencumbered) Prior RN experience (preferred but not required) Strong team‑leadership and advocacy skills
