Strategic Advisor and Director for Africa Affairs @ Global Connective Center | International Business, Sustainability Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, manage schedules, prepare and process expense reports, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements. The role requires maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports as part of administrative responsibilities.

Strong skills in Executive Support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience supporting senior executives is highly desirable.
