Nursing Administrator - Patient Care - Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital
The Nursing Administrator will be accountable for nursing practice and all operations, including budgets for the Emergency Department and Women & Baby units. They will develop and implement policies, patient care systems, collaborative practice initiatives, and quality improvement and safety programs aligned with system strategic initiatives. The role also requires establishing collaborative relationships with medical groups, hospital, and other service line leaders.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or completion of other formal nursing education necessary to obtain/maintain an advanced practice nursing MI license (midwife, CRNA, CNS, or Nurse Practitioner).
Master’s degree in nursing, Business Management or another related field.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as an RN.
Three to five years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
Certifications/Licenses Required
Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse.
