The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Employee Relations serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leaders across Shared Services and Corporate Functions, as well as providing Employee Relations support across all areas of the business. The Senior Manager, HR/ER combines business acumen with a deep understanding of HR best practices to align people strategies with company goals, champion a positive culture, and ensure operational excellence across the HR lifecycle. Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Business Partnership Serve as an HR contact for Shared Services and Corporate Function leaders, providing counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development. Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and translate them into people and organizational strategies. Partner with HR Functions including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards (Compensation/Payroll/Benefits), and Learning & Development to implement enterprise HR programs effectively. Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making, identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions. Employee Relations Provide Global Employee Relations and Investigations support. Documenting standards of practice and partnering with HR Community to design and deliver compliance and prevention training. Partner with Inside and Outside Legal Counsel on all employment claims and legal reviews (providing centralized support for all HR Community). Act as subject matter expert and lead centralized support for FMLA and Leave of Absence requests. Operational & Project Management Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Collaborate with HR Shared Services to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery, managing HR special-project initiatives as needed. Identify opportunities to improve HR systems, data integrity, and reporting capabilities. Requirements & Qualifications:

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as a strategic HR Business and Employee Relations Partner across multiple business units. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional HR projects or large-scale change initiatives. Strong business acumen with ability to translate business strategy into HR deliverables. Excellent project management skills, including stakeholder management and communication. Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using HR metrics to drive insights. Proficiency with HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet).
