Job Description
The following general description applies to all Delivery Experts. Please read the detailed information listed below.
Responsibilities
Greet walk‑in customers, take delivery and carry‑out orders over the phone, clean and make deliveries.
Hard working, personable, friendly, punctual and able to multitask.
Valid driver’s license, insurance, good driving record and a working car.
Run/jog/speed walk to and from the car on all deliveries.
Orientation and training on the job with a Certified Delivery Trainer.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers on the phone and at the door.
Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly. Correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses and navigate adverse terrain.
