Job Title Flex Security Officer
– Franklin, IN
Pay:
$18.50/hr with weekly pay
Hiring immediately.
Job Skills / Requirements
Reliable transportation
Preferred: 1 year of experience in security, military, or law enforcement
Excellent customer service skills
Willing to work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
Exceptional report‑writing skills
Ability to mentally analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
Strong independent work capability
Clear and concise written communication
Must be willing to have no nail polish, false nails, or facial piercings while on duty.

Expected to work any advance‑scheduled shift within availability; must communicate unavailability
For short‑notice call‑ins, expected to work at least 80% of called shifts; refusal of more than 20% may affect employment status
Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
