Security Officer - Flex Patrol Banking

will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries such as financial institutions. This Flex Part‑Time position allows you to build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, remaining visible to deter security‑related incidents and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Description
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter.
Monitor for suspicious activity and report concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
Help deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior through visible patrols and engagement.
Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities in a timely manner.

Pay Rate $23.10 / Hour

Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories per applicable laws.
Drug screen as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
