Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in McCall, Idaho, for a Banquet Chef De Cuisine. The Chef De Cuisine will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise and train kitchen staff, and ensure that culinary standards are consistently upheld. Responsibilities include menu development, quality control, food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with culinary teams to create exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.
Qualifications
Strong culinary skills in food preparation, presentation, and menu development
Leadership and team management experience, including staff training and motivation
Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations
Problem-solving, time management, and adaptability in a high-paced work environment
Passion for creating memorable dining experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction
Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or fine dining establishments
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred
