The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Food & Beverage Administrative Manager to join the F&B Team! Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3‑meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in‑room dining.

Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate:

The annual salary for this role is $65,000‑$75,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing? As the Food & Beverage Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for providing department staff with administrative support including, but not limited to, typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEOs, meetings, and records. You will coordinate and implement department activities and projects as assigned and may assist in servicing clients.
