Overview
This role is for a Kinaxis Technical Consultant in Houston, TX, on a contract basis. Requires 10+ years in IT, expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response, SQL, and integration architecture. Preferred qualifications include Kinaxis certification and cloud platform experience.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall IT / enterprise systems experience (consulting or in‑house delivery).
Strong experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response technical implementation (data model, configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting).
Proven ability to design and support end‑to‑end integrations (ERP ↔ Kinaxis), including data mapping, transformations, and scheduling.
Hands‑on experience with SQL and relational data concepts; strong data analysis and reconciliation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kinaxis platform features such as: Advanced configuration and workbook design, scripting/automation options used in Kinaxis implementations, performance tuning for large‑scale planning models.
Familiarity with integration tooling (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, ADF, Azure Data Factory, or similar).
Cloud data platforms experience (Azure/AWS/GCP), data lakes, and modern analytics ecosystems.
Kinaxis certification(s) or equivalent planning platform certifications.
