Job Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
Educate clients on tech‑self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere.
Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations through attentive and friendly service.
Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern.
Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely to understand and help.
Ability to resolve client issues quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
Cash handling experience.
