Full‑Time Security Supervisor
Location:
Troutville, VA
Shift:
1st shift
Pay:
$18.00 per hour with weekly pay

Job Responsibilities A Security Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The supervisor must be extremely knowledgeable of the Post Orders and SOP and will act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Requirements
One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
One year or more of experience in a supervisory or shift‑lead position.
Reliable means of transportation and communication.
Excellent customer service and report writing skills.
Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
Strong written communication skills.
Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions.
Ability to work independently.
Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent.
Certification Requirements DCJS Registration required.
