Spring View Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as our Director of Nursing.

Position Summary The Director of Nursing is responsible for organizing, overseeing, and directing all nursing operations within the facility. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulations while fostering a collaborative, efficient, and resident-centered care environment.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate RN who has developed strong managerial and administrative skills and is known for being efficient, dedicated, a great listener, and a confident problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities
Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel (RN, LPN, etc.)
Guide staffing procedures and scheduling
Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
Organize and coordinate admissions, nursing services, and patient care procedures
Develop and enforce policies to ensure legal compliance and high-quality care
Identify and resolve operational issues and deficiencies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline operations
Report to upper management on nursing performance and outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
Active RN license required
Proven experience as a Director of Nursing preferred
Long-term care experience required
Valid CPR certification
Degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred
Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
