About The Opportunity Corporate Traveler is seeking a proven hunter & closer to lead the SME market in North America. You will drive problem‑solving sales, create value for customers, and work with key decision‑makers on strategy and technology solutions. Your achievements will be measured against clear objectives and KPIs, and you will leverage our full tech stack to optimise results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify and win new business within our ideal customer profile.
Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline.
Create and maintain relationships with key contacts in prospective accounts.
Deliver results against set objectives & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Implement and utilize the tech stack to its full capacity.
Navigate educational pathways to continue personal development within the travel industry.
Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and apply solution selling.
Experience & Qualifications
2+ years of quota‑carrying experience in a full‑cycle closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and active listening skills.
Experience with Salesforce and/or sales automation and other sales technology platforms is strongly desired.
Continually seek improvement and provide support and encouragement to those around you.
Experience presenting virtually and face‑to‑face to C‑Suite.
Experience planning, developing and executing business development strategies.
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in marketing, inside sales, customer success, operations and enablement to achieve shared outcomes.

Salary and Incentives We anticipate offering an annual base salary of $75,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The target earnings range between $75,000 and $100,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
Salary is dependent on relevant factors such as experience, geographic location and job responsibilities.
