Base pay range:

$50,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr. Full-time. Entry level.

Overview We are seeking a driven and outgoing Sales Development Representative to help expand our pipeline of qualified prospects. The role is ideal for someone naturally curious, confident speaking with new people, and motivated by meeting goals and earning commissions.

Core Responsibilities

Make outbound calls, send emails, and conduct social outreach to engage prospects

Qualify leads by understanding their needs, interests, and buying readiness

Schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for senior sales staff

Research target industries, markets, and companies to support targeted outreach

Maintain a clean and organized CRM with updated lead information

Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality

Track daily and weekly activity to meet outreach and conversion goals

Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions

What You Bring

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people

Results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection and keep going

Solid organizational habits and attention to detail

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced workflows

Experience in customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or marketing is a plus but we will train the right person
