Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU at St. Luke’s Health – The Vintage Hospital, you will deliver compassionate, high‑quality care that impacts patient well‑being and recovery. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and advance patient safety in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assess patients upon admission and ongoing, noting changes that require attention. Plan individualized care, document plans, teach patients and families, and coordinate safe discharge transitions. Implement safety initiatives and protocols, including medication safety and physician orders, while preparing patients for treatments, surgeries and diagnostic studies. Evalue patients at appropriate intervals, modify interventions as needed, and adjust nursing care to meet emerging needs. Deliver Bedside Shift Report with accurate, comprehensive reporting to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in nursing or diploma. One (1) year of RN experience. Competence in RN I performance expectations or meet experience requirements upon hire. Registered Nurse: TX. BLS (AHA) within 14 days. ACLS within 6 months.
