What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own and continuously improve the Account Manager onboarding and ramp programs

Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires

Collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to define success metrics and performance expectations

Develop role‑specific content, certifications, and learning paths for different AM segments

Provide coaching and support to reinforce key skills and drive early success

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven experience in sales enablement or training roles

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding cohorts

Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly

Ability to analyze performance data and iterate on training programs

Experience in coaching or mentoring sales professionals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the financial services industry

Familiarity with AI-driven technology and market intelligence tools

Background in designing training programs or educational content

Skills in using data analytics tools to measure training effectiveness

Passion for employee development and engagement initiatives
