Job Summary
The company is seeking a
driven and motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent
to join a growing, high-energy sales organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and growing a strong book of business in a performance-based environment. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed
sales goals and performance metrics
through proactive prospecting and relationship management
Generate new business through
outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic follow-up
Develop and maintain a
robust pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client needs and recommend tailored
Property & Casualty insurance solutions
Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service
Effectively manage follow-ups, handle objections, and close new business opportunities
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions using
CRM systems
Stay informed on
insurance products, underwriting guidelines, market trends, and regulatory updates
Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to support growth initiatives and market positioning
Adhere to all compliance, licensing, and ethical standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred
Two or more years of sales experience , preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
in the candidate's home state (required)
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and sales technology
Completion of required
Insurance Continuing Education (CE)
Ability to work independently while thriving in a goal-oriented sales environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or general knowledge of
real estate investing or real estate transactions
Background in
consultative, relationship-based sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
