Hours Per Week : 36
Schedule : 7pm-7am with weekend rotation
Pay Range : $34.90 - $52.35
Location : The Critical Care Division at High Point Medical Center consists of the Medical ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiac Stepdown units.
Medical Intensive Care Unit – a 20‑bed unit providing advanced critical care; Cardiac Care Unit – an 8‑bed cardiac‑focused ICU; Cardiac Telemetry – an 18‑bed intermediate care unit focused on cardiac patients.
Please note:
you will not rotate to each unit; recruitment will screen you based on your interest. Cardiac Telemetry is the only unit offering a sign‑on bonus for new graduates.
We’re Looking For
Less than 1 year of RN experience
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
